A Madison church congregation gives away Christmas trees for free.
Yesterday the Chapel Valley Church handed out around 200-Christmas trees. The tree giveaway is usually only one part of an annual Christmas in the Park event which this year was cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns. Pastor Suzie Genin says the church only had two hundred trees this year and couldn’t meet the demand which was double that amount.
