Nothing has changed in the case against Kyle Rittenhouse. A judge yesterday, as expected, ruled there is enough evidence in the case to send it to trial.
Rittenhouse is accused of shooting and killing two people in Kenosha during the city’s night of violence in late August. He’s accused of wounding a third. Rittenhouse’s lawyer yesterday made the case for self defense, but the judge said that argument is best left for a jury.
