Wisconsin’s presidential vote isn’t final yet.
The Democratic chairwoman of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, Ann Jacobs, yesterday declared Joe Biden the winner of last month’s election. She said the full Elections Commission will certify the vote later today. But President Trump is talking about filing a lawsuit over voter fraud. If that happens, Republicans on the Elections Commission have said they will fight to give the president his day in court.
Wisconsin’s presidential electors are supposed to meet in two weeks to select the winner of the state’s electoral votes.
