The mayor of Wauwatosa says the victims of the Mayfair Mall shooting survived the ordeal.
In a statement yesterday, Mayor Dennis McBride said, “Fortunately, all eight have survived and are believed to be recovering.” Mayor McBride also said investigators determined Friday’s shooting resulted from an altercation. Seven adults and one teen were shot. The shooter got away and is still on the loose. The mall reopens today.
