Eau Claire is a step closer to a new ShopKo Optical and a new Chipotle on the city’s southwest side.
The city’s plan commission on Monday signed off on the proposals to build new buildings at the site of the old ShopKo on Clairemont. There’s no word when work could begin, or when the new shops will open.
