Health officials say daily COVID cases in Wisconsin have surpassed five-thousand for the second time.
The first time was on Tuesday. This means the seven-day rolling average has jumped to four-thousand-230 daily cases. More than 220-thousand cases have now been recorded in the state since the start of the pandemic.
