The 17-year-old Kenosha shooter is returning to Wisconsin.
Judge Paul Novak of Lake County, Illinois ordered Kyle Rittenhouse’s extradition today to an adult prison across the state line. Rittenhouse is charged with first-degree murder and five other criminal counts after fatally shooting two people and injuring a third during protests in August following the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
He claims he was acting in self defense. Brian Shook reports:
