There is good news for people who want to see high school sports return to normal in Wisconsin.

The WIAA, the group that runs high school sports in the state, says a new UW-Madison study shows high school sports does not spread the coronavirus. The study found just one athlete who caught the virus from a game or practice. The WIAA says students in school who don’t play a sport were far more likely to test positive.
The study comes as Wisconsin schools get ready for winter sports here in a few weeks.
