An Eau Claire man is facing charges for allegedly raping a teenage girl.
Eau Claire police say 19-year-old Maxwell Munz was charged for taking a 14-year-old to a parking ramp and forcing himself on her in January 2019. The girl told police Munz secured the child locks so she couldn’t escape. This is the second time Munz has faced charges for having sexual contact with a minor. Charges against him for a separate May 2019 incident were dropped last month. He’s due back in court in November.
