Attorney General Josh Kaul says fear of being found by an abuser should never be a barrier to casting a vote.
Kaul said today the Wisconsin Safe At Home Program provides victims of actual or threatened abuse, or anyone who fears for their physical safety with a legal substitute address to be used for both public and private purposes.
