We are on day four of President Trump being treated at Walter Reed Medical Center after contracting COVID-19 and we now know that the virus is continuing to spread throughout his inner circle. Over half a dozen people who attended a recent event at the White House where Trump introduced his pick for the Supreme Court have now tested positive.
Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has had to be hospitalized after confirming his diagnosis over the weekend. Meanwhile, the Senate is being forced to take a break after Republican Senators Mike Lee of Utah, Thom Tillis of North Carolina, and Ron Johnson of Wisconsin came down with the respiratory illness. So far, Vice President Mike Pence has tested negative.
President Trump is upbeat as he recovers from the coronavirus.
He appeared in a video on Twitter just before driving by his supporters outside Walter Reed hospital in Bethesda, Maryland.
But, on the other side, there are some doctors who are not pleased with that decision.
