The Altoona City Council will vote on preliminary designs for a new condo complex buildout today.
A public hearing was held Tuesday where a dozen residents expressed opposition to the project. Many of them said having 36 townhomes built on four acres of land is too dense and will bring traffic problems to the neighborhood. They also worry that there will not be enough room for children to safely play.
