U.S. Postal inspectors are encouraging anyone who sees suspicious activity involving the mail to report it to police and postal inspectors.
The statement comes after absentee ballots and other mail was found in a ditch in Outagamie County in the area of Highway 96 and CD on Monday. It has not been disclosed whether the ballots were being delivered to voters or mailed from voters.
