Voters in Eau Claire’s school district will not see a tax increase on their ballots next spring.
The city’s school board last night agreed to delay the vote on their multi-million dollar referendum until 2022. The board says because of the coronavirus, they’ve missed several deadlines for the project. The referendum is earmarked for safety upgrades, and to expand at some schools in the city.
