Joe Biden’s latest trip to Wisconsin took him to Manitowoc, where Barack Obama won in 2008 and Donald Trump won four years ago.

Biden talked about his plan to buy things made in America while in Manitowoc. He spoke at the Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry. Biden also talked about not allowing people to become numb to the impact of the coronavirus. Biden’s Manitowoc visit is only his second to Wisconsin all year.
