A survey conducted by the National Restaurant Association indicates a third of Wisconsin’s restaurants will probably not be in operation six months from now.
Wisconsin is home to more than 16-thousand restaurants. Many owners say consumer spending is well below normal with sales down over 35-percent. Staffing levels are down an average of 30-percent.
