There won’t be any fans inside Lambeau Field this Sunday, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be plenty of Packer fans in Green Bay.
Police and public health managers yesterday said they will not patrol tailgates or get-togethers in the neighborhoods near Lambeau. They also won’t be patrolling for people wearing masks. The Packers have banned fans from the field and their parking lots for the first two home games. That ban does not extend to near-by houses, or any of Green Bay’s bars and restaurants that have the space for outdoor service.
