City leaders in Menomonie are not quite ready to require masks til the end of the year.
The city council last night postponed a vote on a city-based mask mandate. Governor Evers’ mask requirement is set to end at the end of the month, and Menomonie’s mayor said earlier in the week that he wanted to be ready in case the governor didn’t extend that order.
Last night, city council members said they want to look at all of the options before moving ahead with a mask requirement.
