Wisconsin Badger fans around the state are celebrating the return of Big Ten football.
The conference made it official this morning that the teams will kick-off their season the weekend of October 23rd. The conference had postponed the season because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but changed course in recent days.
Among the new protocols in place are a cardiac evaluation for any athlete testing COVID positive and a 21 day waiting period to return to play following a positive diagnosis.
