There’s new evidence in the case of a former Altoona superintendent.
Dan Peggs is facing several federal charges for trafficking a minor and production of child porn. A letter filed in federal court says new evidence adds over 400-thousand pages of information to the case. A federal judge granted Peggs’ attorney an extension Friday to push back a status conference until the end of the month.
