The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is giving away a Chippewa County bridge for free.
Cobban Bridge near Jim Falls is over 100-years old. The department says anyone who can move it from its spot over the Chippewa River and maintain it as a historic structure can have it for free. They say a new bridge will go up at the same location in 2022.
