Students the University of Wisconsin-Madison are taking classes 100-percent online amid rising cases of COVID-19 on campus.
The school announced the move yesterday after the seeing the coronavirus positivity rate increase to 20-percent among students after Labor Day weekend. The health department said there are 46-separate outbreaks tied to the university.
