Wisconsin’s public health managers are looking to cover the cost of some coronavirus testing across the state.
The Department of Health Services yesterday said the window is now open for some healthcare providers to apply for reimbursement. Nursing homes, home healthcare providers, assisted living facilities, and what DHS is calling emergency medical service providers are all eligible for coronavirus stimulus dollars to cover the cost of testing from the beginning of June til the end of August. There is no word how much money is available, or how much the testing costs.
