The Green Party is taking its fight to make the Wisconsin ballot to court.
The party yesterday said it plans to sue to be added to the November ballot. The Wisconsin Election Commission deadlocked on the Green Party’s application last month, citing a discrepancy with a candidate’s address. Yesterday, Green Party candidate Howie Hawkins said thousands of voters in Wisconsin are being denied their choice. The Green Party got over 30 thousand votes in Wisconsin back in 2016.
Democrats say that was enough to give the state to President Trump.
