An Eau Claire man is charged with his fifth drunk driving offense.
Online court records show 27-year-old Devon Thronson was charged after a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 53 near Bloomer. He’s previously been charged for not using an ignition interlock device. Thronson was driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
