Flags are flying at half-staff in honor of a Wisconsin Marine killed on a training mission in California.
Nineteen-year-old Private First Class Evan Bath was laid to rest today. He was killed on June 30th when an amphibious assault vehicle carrying Bath and 15 others sank off the Southern California coast. Flags will remain at half staff until sunset.
