An Eau Claire 5-k for Huntington’s Disease has nearly raised enough to meet its goal.
Locals met at Carson Park on Saturday to raise money for disease research with Team Hope Run and Walk. The money benefits the Chippewa Valley Chapter of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America. Event organizers hoped to raise $17, 500 and as of this morning, they’re close to meeting that goal.
