Governor Tony Evers is adding to his list of pardons.
The governor granted pardons to nine people today. He granted 18 pardons last month. Evers says a pardon is more than just a signature on paper, it’s the promise of new opportunities and second chances. Among those pardoned today were several men, some as young as teens, who stole vehicles for joyrides.
