Attorney General Josh Kaul is among dozens of AG’s around the country urging Congress to pass Edith’s Bill.
The bill is sponsored by Senator Tammy Baldwin and is designed to protect senior victims from fraud. Kaul says during the COVID-19 crisis scams targeting vulnerable seniors have surged. The bill would help states provide compensation to victims of senior fraud.
