A new bill could help businesses that promote, produce or manage live concerts and events.
Last week, Representatives Ron Kind of Wisconsin and Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania introduced the Entertainment New Credit Opportunity for Economic and Sustainability Act or ENCORES Act.
