There were two tornadoes that came from western Wisconsin’s latest round of severe weather. The National Weather Service yesterday confirmed one tornado in Pierce County and another in Trempealeau County, near the town of Osseo. There are no reports of any injuries, but there are some reports of storm damage.
This week should be a little calmer and the forecast for the Chippewa Valley is not nearly as hot as last week. High temps this week for Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls are expected to be closer to 80. There is a chance for storms tomorrow and into Wednesday, and then again on Friday. Forecasters say it will be a much more seasonal week.
