Police in Madison say two suspected rioters face charges for their actions in the May 30 night of vandalism.
WMTV reports that Martin Englehart and Brandon Encarnacion face several charges for their involvement in rioting, breaking and entering, theft and battery on the first of several nights of riots that broke out after the George Floyd murder in Minneapolis.
Englehart faces substantial battery charges for beating up an employee of a store he was robbing. Encarnacion faces burglary charges after admitting he was one of several people who looted a store on State Street the same night.
