The Department of Natural Resources says the application process for the bear hunt season opens on Wednesday, July 1st.
Last year nearly 120-thousand people applied for a bear hunt permit with only about 11-thousand-500 permits available. The deadline to apply for black bear hunters who need a Class A license for that season is December 10th. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO.
