A recent study found Eau Claire in the top three most-livable small cities in the country.
The Smart Asset study published last week ranks 25 cities based on things like access to health care, entertainment, home affordability, and more to calculate a score out of 100. Eau Claire scored just under 97 points behind Livonia, Michigan, and Cheektowaga, New York.
