A priest and former chaplain in Chippewa Falls is out on bond after being accused of inappropriately touching a student back in 2016.
A judge yesterday allowed Father Charlie Richmond to leave court on a promise to return. Prosecutors say Richmond touched a female student inappropriately during the 2016-2017 school year at McDonell Area Catholic School.
