A Panda Express and 30-new apartments are coming to Eau Claire.
The city Plan Commission approved the building sites for the Chinese-fast-food restaurant and drive-through, and the new apartment complex last night.
Panda Express will go up on the corner of East Clairemont Avenue and S-Hastings Way. The apartments will be built on the corner of Gateway Drive and Otteson Lane.
