The Wisconsin Supreme Court is going to hear arguments in the state’s voter purge lawsuit.
The Court yesterday agreed to hear arguments in the case. This is the case that dates back to last year when the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty sued to have the Wisconsin Election Commission order local election managers to purge their voter rolls as is required by state law.
The court will take up the case likely sometime in August.
