ARREST LEADS TO 5TH OWI

An arrest leads to a 5th DWI for a Minnesota man.

57 year old Jeffrey K. Moe, from Proctor, MN has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Spooner Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.


It was on Sunday, May 31, a bit before 6 in the evening when, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped a vehicle for speeding on Susquehanna Ave. in the City of Superior.

The driver, who was identified as Jeffrey K. Moe, showed signs of impairment. A subsequent investigation, including standardized field sobriety testing showed that Mr. Moe was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.


Mr. Moe is being charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-5th offense. He was also cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers license and for having open intoxicants in the motor vehicle.
