The University of Wisconsin system president Ray Cross says colleges will open again this fall.
Yesterday Cross said a school staffing task force is looking at options to devise a working plan for the reopening. He says he expects all areas to be included such as classroom instruction, athletics, food services, residence halls and academic counseling.
