A convicted sex offender from Dunn County is looking at new charges after police say he assaulted another young girl.
Prosecutors yesterday charged Jesse Thoms with first degree sexual assault of a seven-year-old girl. Thoms served just seven months in jail for a sex offense involving a child back in 2016. He is currently on probation in that case.
