Wisconsin is moving closer to meeting all the criteria needed to lift Safer at Home restrictions.
The Department of Health Services says the state added two more steps yesterday and has met five of the six criteria needed to move into phase one of the Badger Bounce Back program.
The state continues to lower it’s positive test rate and 95-percent of hospitals report they can treat all patients without resorting to crisis mode. Phase One will allow several things including the reopening of restaurants, daycares and schools.
