Two inmates from Columbia Correctional Institution are on the run.
There is a manhunt underway for two inmates who walked away from a prison in Portage. The Wisconsin Department of Corrections says 37-year-old James Newman and 46-year-old Thomas Deering escaped from the Columbia Correctional Institution yesterday morning. The two are considered dangerous.
Authorities say the two may be headed to, or already in Madison. If you have any information you are asked to contact authorities immediately.
