Over half of Wisconsin municipalities are in great need of poll workers.
The Wisconsin Election Commission said today nearly 60-percent of Wisconsin towns are short because of the fear of working during the coronavirus outbreak. Officials estimate the state needs about seven-thousand more workers before next Tuesday’s primary elections.
There is an outreach effort by the Election Commission to colleges, universities and state employees to find more volunteers.
