There will a sex offender released to our area.
The Eau Claire Police Department has been notified that 37 year old Daniel R. Ybarra will be released from prison on March 31st.
Ybarra will be under supervision by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC). Ybarra’s previous convictions include:
- 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, 2 counts in June of 2006 in Eau Claire County
Ybarra will be residing at a DOC monitored residence in the 100 block of Randall Street in the City of Eau Claire.
Ybarra’s conditions of release include:
Lifetime Sex Offender registration.
Comply with all Sex Offender Registrant rules.
Cooperate with electronic monitoring.
No unsupervised contact with minors.
