LOAN BREAK DURING OUTBREAK

Wisconsin’s attorney general wants the federal government to help people who owe on their student loans during the coronavirus outbreak.

A-G Josh Kaul yesterday joined 26 other A-G’s in asking the federal government to stop student loan collections, automatically enter people into forbearance, and extend other relief programs for people who are having a tough time paying the loans.

Kaul says the government needs to do what it can to help people who may be out of work or struggling because of the coronavirus outbreak.
