Teachers in Eau Claire will not miss a paycheck because of the coronavirus. School board members last night agreed to pay everyone who works in the district during the state-ordered school shutdown.
Teachers are expected to work from home and some school district officials are expected to report to work, as are people who work in school cafeterias, they will continue to serve meals during the shutdown.
