There will be no high school basketball champions in Wisconsin this year.
The WIAA yesterday pulled the plug on both the boy’s and girl’s state basketball championships. The girl’s tournament was already underway in Green Bay. The boy’s tournament was supposed to start next week. The WIAA’s Dave Anderson said they had to cancel the boy’s tournament because the Kohl Center in Madison said it is closing its doors because of the virus.
