Wisconsin’s new National Guard commander is officially on the job.
General Paul Knapp took his oath and received his promotion yesterday from Governor Tony Evers. Knapp replaces former General Donald Dunbar who resigned during the sexual harassment scandal at the Wisconsin Guard.
Knapp is an Air Force Academy who left active duty service in 2003.
