A Barron County inmate’s weekend away will likely cost him.
Police in Eau Claire yesterday arrested 45-year-old Gerald Jackson after he didn’t return from work release on Saturday. Jackson is serving time for not paying his child support, and he was due to be released at the end of the month. There is no word on how much more time he will have to serve after skipping-out on his sentence.
