A Jackson County man already in jail in Rusk County is facing child pornography charges.
A criminal complaint says Nicholas Gharrity-Johnson admitted to investigators he used peer to peer file sharing to download child porn onto multiple devices. Gharrity-Johnson was recently charged with ten counts of repeat possession of child porn.
